We Are Observers
FREE Photo Challenge / Photo Walk — The Rocks, Sydney
FREE Photo Challenge / Photo Walk — The Rocks, Sydney
To take the Photo Challenge please RSVP
Join us for a fun Photo Challenge beginning at the MCA in The Rocks — the historic area of Sydney — finishing somewhere else! We explore all directions.
How it works: Receive your Photo Challenge and then follow your guide to interesting hubs in the area. The Photo Challenge will be different each fortnight.
Why do this: These photo walks are social outings, as we would to encourage you to meet other photographers like yourself or better still unlike yourself! In addition to making new friends who also love photography, you will sharpen your observation skills and develop your understanding of the fundamental aspect of photography — observation. Stick around after the session and socialise.
Who is this for:
• Beginners • Professionals • Creative people • Travellers • Enthusiasts • Tourists • Artists
Meeting point: The MCA, Rocks, Sydney (glass doors Circular Quay side).
Time: 5.45 pm for a 6 pm start — finishes 7pm.
Benefits:
• Learn tips for creative photography from experienced photographers.
• Socialise and connect with local Sydney photographers.
• Get help with your ideas before you travel on holiday!
• Experience Sydney with friendly people.
Equipment required:
• Just your camera — Smartphone, DSLR, Mirrorless or film.
Your photo guides: Colin Seton is your photo guide and will be joined by additional photographers at various times. Our photo walks are always led by professional photographers who have experience guiding photography workshops.
Warm regards,
Shane Rozario + Colin Seton (WAO PhotoWalk guides)
